If you needed a reason not to like Boomer Esiason, here it is

On the radio on the way home last night listening to MNF, Esiason pointed out that the "national" anthem had not been played and how upset he was by this. He said it was "the most important thing." All-but-compulsory mass displays of "patriotism" at sporting events are the most important thing? I don't think so Boomer. Nice to see that commerce trumped the sanctity of the anthem. But i'll betcha Boomer was wearing his flag lapel pin. U-S-A!
